Co-ordination group
for the development of the area around
the Wolf Cave
The city government of
Kristinestad and the local government of Karijoki
have appointed a co-ordination group that has the overall
responsibility
for the directing of the development planning, the distribution of
work and
the financing and for making a timetable for the realization of
different measures.
The governments have appointed three representatives each and stated
that the group will be completed with representatives of special
authorities.

The co-ordination group has agreed on investigating the following
matters:

Investigate the possibilities
of getting a new drive way to
the Wolf Cave site and an underpass under the highway between
Kristinestad and Bötom.
·
Lay out a nature trail
·
Work out
www-sites in common
·
The possibilities of getting
the Wolf Cave added to UNESCO’s
World Heritage List.
·
Organize a scientific seminar
in the year 2003.
